We are currently looking for your talent as a **FACILITIES COORDINATOR.** **Job Description:** Coordinate electrical and mechanical installations of equipment, equipment testing and commissioning, building equipment, factories, etc. Medium and high voltage. Industrial electrical and electromechanical installations, hydro-sanitary, HVAC and Special Installations. Experience in vertical projects and hotels. **What requirements should you have?** * Must be a resident of **MAZATLAN, SINALOA (mandatory)** * Education: Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, MEP. * Experience: Mandatory experience in Vertical Projects of at least 3\-5 years. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Supervise electrical and mechanical installations of equipment, equipment testing and commissioning. * Quantification of materials. * Electronic designs. * Reading of blueprints. * Prepare quotations. * Conduct field surveys. * Protection of transformers, lines, substations and high-voltage generation. * Supervision of contractors (electrical, hydro-sanitary, hydraulic, mechanical). * Review of construction and generator budgets. * Review of engineering drawings. * Participation in site regulations. * Monitoring of construction schedule. * Execute photographic reports. * Execute risk matrix. * Execute delivery\-reception letter. **Required Skills** * Advanced Excel * AutoCAD * Neodata ERP (desirable) * Revit (desirable) * Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in VERTICAL PROJECTS, DEPARTMENTS OR FULL-SERVICE HOTELS.
