Responsibilities: **The opportunity** Sales leader for the traditional channel at CEDIS Culiacan **Your impact** As a **Sales Supervisor**, your responsibilities will include: Facilitating needs and providing personalized support to the sales force in the assigned district, focusing on increasing market share through business indicators, and leading teams with clear and effective communication to achieve goals. Your duties will involve developing the buying and selling potential of assigned customers through negotiation, execution of action plans, and sales force development. The main objective of the DTS Sales Supervisor is to guide their sales team through strategies and management to meet sales targets and performance indicators. The role consists of 70% fieldwork, 20% administrative tasks, and 10% training. Qualifications: **Who we are looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience managing personnel. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Intermediate English skills preferred. * Leadership experience in personnel and conflict management.
