Oversee the flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing with actions that generate higher profitability and expense control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure quality standards in service by monitoring the flawless execution of processes and activities performed by the team. \- Ensure compliance with business performance metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct operational checklists at the store. \- Implement actions to maintain accurate inventory levels, product facing and arrangement, as well as orderliness and cleanliness of the assigned store. \- Evaluate supervised personnel through performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- High school diploma required.
