This role is pivotal within the agency, as the incumbent will be responsible for **managing, coordinating, and maximizing the value of commercial opportunities (leads)**, ensuring appropriate talent assignment to each campaign and aligning all involved departments. **What will you do in this role?** You will serve as the bridge between sales, operations, and talent, ensuring every opportunity transforms into an executable, effective, and profitable campaign. Your focus will include: * Optimizing the conversion of leads into viable opportunities, ensuring each proposal aligns with both talent capabilities and client needs. * Ensuring the proper structuring of commercial proposals through strategic talent selection and coordination with operations and sales. * Guaranteeing operational feasibility and campaign quality from the commercial stage onward, preventing execution errors stemming from initial structural misalignment. * Maximizing the value of each commercial opportunity through appropriate talent allocation and proposal optimization. Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Monday to Friday.
