WAREHOUSE MANAGER WE ARE LOOKING FOR RESPONSIBLE, PROACTIVE, ORGANIZED STAFF WITH LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND PROPER MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL OF PRODUCTS WITHIN THE WAREHOUSE, FUNCTIONAL TO ENSURE EFFICIENCY IN THE SUPPLY CHAIN AND MEETING DELIVERY TIMES AT BRANCHES. Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. 2. Control physical and system inventories, ensuring accuracy and reliability. 3. Coordinate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance. 4. Implement and monitor compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness policies. 5. Prepare periodic reports on entries, exits, and inventories. 6. Optimize storage space and internal logistics processes. 7. Coordinate with purchasing, production, and sales to ensure efficient material flow. 8. Handle internal and external audits related to inventory and warehouse. Skills and competencies: * Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Experience with inventory control systems and/or software. * Warehouse safety and hygiene standards. * Logistics processes and supply chain. * Leadership and team management. * Organization and planning. * Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on results. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Proactivity and continuous improvement. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in warehouse or logistics management. Work hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
