Our recruitment process guarantees hiring within 15 days. **Work location:** Southern sector of Culiacán **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Recording and tracking attendance incidents. * Assisting in weekly/biweekly payroll calculations. * Managing registrations, terminations, and updates in IMSS. * Maintaining employee records. * Supporting administrative processes within the department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Experience using Nomipaq (desirable). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Good organizational skills and proactive attitude. **We offer:** * Salary: $12,000 monthly net. * Statutory benefits. * Dynamic work environment.
