




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator skilled in salary calculations, benefits, deductions, taxes, and payment coordination to ensure accuracy and compliance. Advising internal clients and colleagues on payroll-related matters An excellent company is looking for your talent as a Payroll Coordinator. \* Minimum 3 years of experience in WEEKLY and BI-WEEKLY payroll processing \* Proficiency with SUA/IDSE/INFONAVIT/FONACOT (SIROC) \* Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law \* Experience with CONTPAQ system and Microsoft Office suite \* Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding working hours / HC 2,000 Salary, benefits, deductions, tax, and extraordinary payment calculations. Severance and settlement calculations. Variable compensation calculations. Payroll, severance, and settlement electronic stamping (timbrado). Payroll vs. accounting reconciliations. Advising internal clients and colleagues. Coordinating payroll payment scheduling. Supervising the payroll process. Ensuring payroll calculations are performed accurately and on time, considering deductions, overtime hours, and any applicable adjustments. Supervising the recording of attendance incidents (absences, vacations, disabilities, etc.). We offer: Base salary: $20,000 net. Statutory benefits. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Employment type: Full-time. Salary: Starting from $20,000.00 per month.
