




Position Summary: Key liaison between senior management and departments, managing the Director's schedule and ensuring appropriate coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the Director's schedule and meetings at the company level. 2. Drafts meeting minutes and follows up on commitments generated during meetings. 3. Manages projects and executive presentations. Acts as the liaison between senior management and company departments, maintaining control, order, and tracking of the Director's schedule to ensure and manage appropriate coordination between both parties. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage the Director's schedule and meetings at the company level. * Attend all meetings requested by the Department Director. * Coordinate and assist collaborators and external individuals invited by the Department Director to their office or meeting rooms—from ensuring attendees have the necessary resources for the meeting to assisting with coffee service. * Draft meeting minutes for meetings attended by the Department Director, follow up on commitments assigned to the respective department head, and ensure their fulfillment.
