Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant for an agro-industrial company, with responsibilities including development of production schedules, supporting production control, and managing quality variables. Detection and management of technical failures in production ***We are currently seeking a Production Assistant for an agro-industrial company.*** **Requirements:** * Graduates in Genomic Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields. * Minimum age: 24 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. **Knowledge:** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * a) Participate in developing the weekly production schedule, considering the monthly production plan and efficient use of available resources. * b) Support the plant manager in organizing and controlling liquid-phase production activities, including inoculum preparation, solutions, shaker inoculation, medium preparation, F100 and F2000 inoculation and incubation, and Maturation B, adhering to instructions, regulations, records, and the Quality Management System’s Quality Control Plan. * c) Manage variables in the Quality Control Plan across all stages to ensure product quality control. * d) Ensure timely supply of raw materials and supplies required for scheduled production, with planning aligned to operational volume. * e) Identify actual or potential technical failures that may arise during production or maintenance activities. * f) Notify the responsible production personnel when applicable so they can request corrective maintenance services and validate repairs. Likewise, monitor and report on implementation of the preventive maintenance program within the assigned area. Work Location: Parque Canacintra I Colonia, Camino a Juntas de Humaya, CP 80054\.
