Responsibilities: * Review the weekly production schedule. * Coordinate staffing to meet the established production schedule. * Monitor adherence to company-defined production processes and timelines. * Supervise compliance with company-defined recipes. * Coordinate and supervise packaging and labeling of produced goods. * Track labeling productivity (time, quantities, weight) and prevent errors. * Check raw material inventory levels and report to direct supervisor when approaching minimum stock level. * Coordinate proper placement of finished products in designated areas. * Maintain production output records and documentation.
