Our mission is to supply the Mexican and export markets with premium-quality shrimp; therefore, we control the entire process—from larval rearing and grow-out in our laboratory and three farms—to shrimp marketing, including processing at our processing plant. REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial Engineering degree * 2 years of experience in quality management systems and as a process engineer. JOB ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Standardize larval production processes and document them in GBPO Group’s Integrated Operations System (SIO). Apply continuous improvement tools to increase unit productivity.  Conduct time-and-motion studies to standardize and streamline processes.  Minimize process variation through statistical data analysis and experimentation with various process-influencing factors.  Maintain up-to-date and documented production procedures, and conduct audits thereof.  Study the introduction of new technologies to enhance productive areas.  Develop continuous improvement projects to increase unit productivity.  Support internal and external audit follow-up to maintain the Management System under continuous improvement.  Support compliance monitoring and updating of required certifications for the production unit.
