Apply continuous improvement tools to increase unit productivity.  Conduct time-and-motion studies to standardize and streamline processes.  Minimize process variation through statistical data analysis and experimentation with various process-influencing factors.  Maintain up-to-date and documented production procedures, and conduct audits thereof.  Study the introduction of new technologies to enhance productive areas.  Develop continuous improvement projects to increase unit productivity.  Support internal and external audit follow-up to maintain the Management System under continuous improvement.  Support compliance monitoring and updating of required certifications for the production unit.
