Position Summary: Advise and follow up with B2B customers, manage billing and quotations, and coordinate sales and logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Direct customer service and advisory support for B2B channel clients 2. End-to-end management of billing, quotations, and orders 3. Logistics coordination and sales process support .° Provide direct attention and follow-up to B2B channel clients, delivering advisory support and solutions to their requirements. ° Prepare and manage billing for orders and services. ° Prepare product quotations according to customer needs. ° Support sales processes and commercial follow-up. ° Partially manage procurement and product supply. ° Verify inventory availability and stock levels at branches, warehouses, or distribution centers. ° Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery of goods to customers. ° Prepare, arrange, and stack products for delivery or storage. ° Match colors and prepare products per customer specifications. ° Support order control, incoming and outgoing shipments, and operational tracking. ° Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses and service delivery. ° Assist in additional operational and administrative activities related to the department. Requirements ° Experience in customer service, sales, or administrative functions. ° Basic computer and billing/quotation system proficiency. ° Strong communication skills and client-facing aptitude. ° Organizational skills and task follow-up capability. ° Availability to assist in operational activities. ° Prior inventory management experience is desirable.
