Leadership in operational efficiency and continuous improvement MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR A leading industrial-sector company is seeking to hire a Maintenance Coordinator with solid experience in industrial maintenance and an advanced level of English to communicate effectively with international suppliers, participate in specialized technical support, and coordinate activities related to foreign-sourced equipment and services. Job Objective Coordinate and ensure execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs across the plant, guaranteeing equipment reliability, operational continuity, and achievement of performance indicators. Additionally, serve as the technical liaison with domestic and international suppliers for handling requirements, specialized support, and improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Ensure availability and reliability of plant equipment and facilities. Administer and update maintenance plans using SAP. Analyze maintenance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions. Coordinate activities between internal technical staff and external suppliers. Manage technical support requests with manufacturers and international suppliers. Participate in meetings, trainings, and technical communications in English. Lead initiatives focused on operational efficiency, reduction of downtime, and resource optimization. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards. Required Profile Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related degree. Experience coordinating maintenance in industrial environments. Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Experience managing maintenance plans and indicators. Proficiency in SAP or other maintenance management systems. Advanced English is mandatory. Ability to conduct technical conversations with foreign suppliers. Ability to understand technical documentation, manuals, and procedures in English. Participation in meetings and project follow-up with international suppliers.
