Job Summary: Grupo Castores is seeking a maintenance assistant to perform repairs in plumbing, metalwork, electricity, carpentry, and masonry, ensuring the proper functioning of facilities. Handling of basic maintenance tools Grupo Castores invites you to join its team as a maintenance assistant. - Receive service request slips related to maintenance (plumbing, metalwork, electricity, carpentry, masonry) to prepare damaged items for repair. - Perform electrical repairs: installation, lamp replacement, thermal circuit breakers, distribution panels, and motor pump inspections, ensuring the company has electrical power in its facilities. - Perform metalwork repairs (railings, electrical access boxes, water access boxes, cistern covers, gate repairs) to ensure proper functionality. - Complete logbooks. - Use computers to submit reports and invoices for corporate authorization. Specific Requirements: Plumbing, electricity, masonry. Proficiency with basic maintenance tools. Flexible availability.
