




Position Summary: We are seeking a General Manager for an Event Hall with experience in sales, planning, operations, and event management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead sales, planning, and event operations. 2. Supervise the sales cycle and event logistics. 3. Manage staff and continuously improve services. We are looking for a General Manager for an Event Hall **Requirements:** * Completed degree: Communications, Administration, Marketing. * Gender: Unrestricted * Minimum 3 years of experience in event production (preferred) * Valid driver's license **Key Responsibilities:** **\-SALES** Conduct daily follow-up with the sales department. Supervise compliance with the established sales cycle. Manage and supervise monthly sales targets. Manage and supervise annual event booking targets. Propose commercial strategies. **\-PLANNING** Coordinate and participate in the event planning process. Develop setup logistics. Place orders and monitor supplier deliveries. Organize service staff. **\-OPERATIONS** Supervise the maintenance schedule to ensure facilities remain in optimal condition. Monitor inventory levels of supplies, utensils, and furniture. Develop continuous improvement and productivity initiatives. **\-EVENTS** Manage service staff. Coordinate events as required. Propose continuous improvements for events. Evaluate guest satisfaction. Hire and evaluate service staff. **We Offer:** * Salary: $25,000 net monthly * Bi-weekly payment * Commissions * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Salary: Starting at $25,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
