We are currently seeking an organized, sharp, and proactive **Install Coordinator** with a background in construction or HVAC project management to join our team in a permanent, fully remote capacity. **Role Overview** As our Install Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our customers, sales team, and installation technicians. You will manage the logistics of our installation projects from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of customer satisfaction. **Because we serve a diverse clientele and team, absolute fluency in both English and Spanish is required.** **Key Responsibilities** * **Project Scheduling:** Coordinate and schedule HVAC installation projects, optimizing routes and technician skill sets remotely. * **Bilingual Communication:** Act as the primary point of contact for English and Spanish\-speaking customers and team members, translating project details and addressing inquiries. * **Logistics \& Permitting:** Order necessary equipment, track inventory, and secure required municipal permits for upcoming jobs. * **Team Coordination:** Dispatch installation crews digitally, provide them with accurate job files, and troubleshoot any on\-site logistical issues from your home office. * **Quality Assurance:** Follow up with customers post\-installation to ensure complete satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Experience:** Proven experience as a Project Manager, Assistant PM, or Coordinator within the **HVAC or Construction industry** is strictly required. * **Language:** Fully bilingual (**Fluent in English and Spanish**, both written and spoken). * **WFH Setup:** Must have a reliable, high\-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a dependable computer setup. * **Tech\-Savvy:** Proficiency with CRM/scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. * **Skills:** Exceptional organizational skills, strong multi\-tasking abilities, and a calm demeanor under pressure. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly pay ($6\.00 \- $11\.00/hr based on industry experience). * **100% Permanent Work\-From\-Home setup**—no commute, ever. * A supportive, team\-oriented remote work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth within a stable, essential industry.
