A well-established Legal and Juridical Consulting firm with nationwide presence is seeking a **Workplace Safety and Health Specialist.** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Law (mandatory). * Minimum one year of verifiable experience in Labor Law. * Proficiency in the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Knowledge of the Social Security Law (LSS). * Familiarity with Official Mexican Standards (NOM) issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. * Familiarity with Official Mexican Standards (NOM) issued by the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Health. * Specialization in Safety and Hygiene. Responsibilities: * Participate in sessions related to the development plan designed and approved by Management, aimed at contributing to and reinforcing the knowledge and learning of junior executives in the occupational safety and health area. * Support the Coordination team in routine or exceptional tasks, as well as in reviewing documents and activities carried out by junior executives, providing feedback and preventing future errors within preventive and corrective services related to occupational safety and hygiene. * Assist the Coordination team in training newly hired lawyers within their area, ensuring they understand and master minimum theoretical and practical knowledge regarding tasks performed, with a focus on preventive and corrective occupational safety and hygiene. * Maintain proper control and record-keeping of routine client activities assigned for handling, completing each activity within the specified timeframe, in accordance with the occupational safety and health department’s work plans. * Support the Coordination team in carrying out designated preventive and corrective occupational safety and hygiene activities, assisting senior executives. * Attend to assigned clients, ensuring appropriate resolution of each client’s preventive and corrective occupational safety and hygiene needs; support from the Coordination team or senior lawyers may be utilized as needed. * Identify client needs regarding health and safety to establish an optimal, customized work plan that ensures high client compliance while minimizing and eliminating organizational risks. **Skills:** * Legal analysis and research. * Discipline and teamwork. * Assertive communication and negotiation. * Professional ethics and adaptability. * Courtesy and capacity for learning. **We offer:** * Base salary. * Monthly bonus. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
