Key ResponsibilitiesOperations \& Business Management * Oversee daily operations across multiple companies * Ensure internal processes, workflows, and systems run efficiently * Act as the operational bridge between leadership and execution teams * Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks — and resolve them quickly * Support the CEO with operational insights, follow\-ups, and execution support Sales Performance Oversight * Monitor sales activity, pipeline performance, and KPIs * Track lead flow, conversion rates, and revenue metrics * Ensure sales processes are being followed and optimized * Coordinate with sales personnel to improve execution and accountability * Prepare performance summaries and insights for leadership Marketing Team Oversight * Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns * Coordinate with marketing team members and external vendors * Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and priorities are met * Track campaign performance and ensure alignment with sales goals * Translate high\-level strategy into clear marketing action plans Executive \& Strategic Support * Support the CEO by driving execution — not just managing calendars * Anticipate needs, surface issues early, and propose solutions * Coordinate meetings, follow\-ups, and cross\-functional communication * Ensure initiatives move forward without constant executive involvement Administrative \& On\-the\-Ground Support * Handle in\-person operational needs and errands as required * Support documentation, reporting, and administrative follow\-up * Maintain organization across multiple active projects and timelines Required Qualifications * Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) * Proven experience in operations management, business administration, or leadership roles * Experience overseeing or coordinating sales and/or marketing functions * Strong organizational and prioritization skills * Highly proactive, self\-motivated, and execution\-focused * Valid driver’s license with confident driving experience * Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (remote and in\-person) Preferred Qualifications * Experience working across multiple businesses or departments * Familiarity with sales KPIs, CRMs, and performance tracking * Experience managing or coordinating marketing initiatives * Background in founder\-led or fast\-growth environments Compensation \& Growth * **20,000 MXN per month (initial compensation)** * Hybrid work structure * **Significant growth opportunity** tied directly to performance and ownership * Clear path to increased responsibility, authority, and compensation Straight Talk This role is for someone who wants to **build**, **lead themselves**, and **win**.
