Job Objective: Provide support in fleet administration and control, ensuring proper tracking of services, expenses, and administrative procedures, as well as correct related administrative operations. Main Responsibilities: Control and tracking of preventive and corrective services for vehicles. Petty cash administration and expense verification. Review and control of operational expenses by region. Management and tracking of supplier payments. Monitoring and tracking of vehicles via GPS system. Supervision of fuel efficiency. Management of vehicle-related administrative procedures (license plates, licenses, permits, etc.). Support in warehouse activities and delivery of orders to internal customers. Overall documentation control and fleet operational management.
