




Job Summary: Support and follow-up in stores to ensure proper execution of visual changes, supervising displays, pricing, and promotions. Key Responsibilities: 1. In-store supervision of commercial strategy implementation 2. Planning of visits and communication with managers 3. Training and guidance for store staff OBJECTIVE: PROVIDE SUPPORT AND FOLLOW-UP TO ASSIGNED STORES TO ENSURE THAT VISUAL AREA CHANGES ARE EXECUTED CORRECTLY AND ON TIME. RESPONSIBILITIES: - SUPERVISE THE CORRECT PLACEMENT OF DISPLAYS, EXHIBITS, PRICING, AND PROMOTIONS ACCORDING TO THE COMMERCIAL STRATEGY - MONITORING AND CORRECTION OF VISUAL SETUPS IN THE ASSIGNED ZONE (USING AN APPLICATION) - SALES AND PRODUCT DELIVERY TRACKING (ASSIGNED ZONE) - PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION OF STORE VISITS - CONSTANT COMMUNICATION WITH MANAGERS AND DISTRICT PERSONNEL - TRAINING AND GUIDANCE FOR TCMs WORK MODALITY: 70% OPERATIONAL / 30% ADMINISTRATIVE . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience Age: between 20 and 40 years Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, manager, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
