Develop proposals to increase sales PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS ⦿ Ensure branch staff generate additional sales. ⦿ Prepare and validate the branch staffing schedule with the Zone Manager every Thursday in Culiacán and every Sunday in Navolato. ⦿ Open and close the branch. ⦿ Prepare processed batches and deliver them to Cashier. ⦿ Serve customers. ⦿ Handle special requests without neglecting the initial customer (complaints, specific orders, etc.). ⦿ Monitor daily compliance with the monthly average ticket. ⦿ Develop proposals to increase sales jointly with the Zone Manager.
