OPERATIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER ***North Sector*** Requirements: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Experience: One year of experience in package delivery (logistics). Skills: Effective communication, leadership, organizational ability, interpersonal skills. Technical knowledge: Proficiency in operating platforms and Microsoft Office. Ability to drive a standard vehicle. Willingness to travel as required by the position. Direct, organize, and supervise the daily execution of assigned team activities to meet specific operational objectives. Prepare and submit clear and timely operational and administrative reports to Senior Management, providing valuable information for operation-related decision-making.
