At Loomber, we seek an energetic, charismatic, commercially focused individual eager to generate direct sales impact through TikTok content and live streaming, contributing to the growth of our digital channel. **Job Objective** Generate sales via TikTok live streams by dynamically and persuasively presenting products, converting viewers into buyers, and reinforcing the brand’s presence on the platform. **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, or related field). * \+1 year of sales experience (preferably in digital environments or social media). * Experience or interest in TikTok and video content. * TikTok Live experience preferred. **Skills:** * Strong verbal fluency and excellent on-camera communication. * Confidence, charisma, and persuasive abilities. * Results orientation (sales focus). * Creativity to produce dynamic content. * Proactivity and energy. * Objection handling and sales closing skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct TikTok live streams with 100% commercial focus. * Present products highlighting benefits and differentiators. * Respond to questions in real time and manage objections. * Encourage purchases through effective calls to action. * Create daily content (short videos, tips, reviews, trends). * Develop content focused on attraction, engagement, and conversion. **We Offer** * Base monthly salary of $9,582\.47 * Uncapped commission structure (variable income based on sales performance) * Statutory benefits. * FONACOT. * Additional benefits (furniture discounts, loans, etc.). * Health plan. * Opportunities for internal growth and development. * Dynamic, results-oriented work environment. **Evening Schedule:** * Half-day in-office, Monday to Friday: 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.; remote work from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Saturdays (remote): 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Sunday: Day off Salary: $9,500\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Study support * Salary increases * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: Hybrid remote in 80000, Centro, Sin.
