Job Summary: AARC is seeking a general assistant for various operational tasks, including hopper filling, cleaning, fumigation, unloading, and operating heavy machinery, with a service-oriented attitude and teamwork spirit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in warehouse fumigation and sealing activities 2. Operate heavy machinery for grain transfer 3. Clean the warehouse by sweeping and spraying liquid to eliminate pests AARC seeks a general assistant to perform the following duties: * Fill hoppers, ensuring correct loading for shipment and affixing seals on hoppers once filled. * Assist in warehouse fumigation and sealing activities. * Clean the operation area by removing weeds around the warehouse. * Unload customers’ trucks. * Stack and palletize impurities from corn removed by the sieve stored in the warehouse for storage and sale. * Load bags of impurities onto trucks for shipment. * Wash and lubricate heavy machinery. * Assist in installing and sealing warehouse aeration ducts. * Assist in installing and repairing warehouse aeration ducts at the end of the season to enable cleaning and fumigation inside the warehouse. * Operate heavy machinery for grain transfer. * Clean the warehouse by sweeping and spraying liquid to eliminate insects and pests. Service-oriented attitude, active, team player Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. One day off: Sunday Statutory and above-statutory benefits.
