PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain orderly file management. Order entry. Register orders in the system. Upload sales representatives' invoices to the portal. Track delivery issues with courier services or distribution centers (CEDIS). Send samples to customers. Customer service.
