




We are currently looking for new talent! **Accounting Supervisor** **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. **Experience and knowledge:** In administration, payment reconciliations, bank and tax reconciliations, tax filings and compliance with federal and state tax obligations, administration and management of IMSS SIPARE. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, order-to-cash systems, ERP. **Language:** Intermediate to advanced English. **(B2 – C1)** **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for designing, implementing, updating, and maintaining efficient financial statement controls. * Responsible for closing processes (monthly, annual, and/or dates requested by management). * Implement process improvements related to information reporting (performance indicator reports on an annual, monthly, and weekly basis). * Responsible for the accurate determination and fulfillment of tax and financial obligations; deliverables include annual, bimonthly, and monthly tax returns, as well as positive compliance opinions (SAT). * Responsible for establishing and monitoring the training program and related activities. * Supervise daily transactions and journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Provide support for information requests or reporting requirements for periodic tax audits, internal control audits, internal processes, and payroll audits. * Monitor implementation of the approved budget (travel expense verifications and corporate card usage), adhering strictly to the approved budget. * Support the annual budgeting process. * Establish internal accounting policies and procedures, as needed, aligned with company objectives.
