We seek talent that aligns with our culture of efficiency, responsibility, and continuous improvement. **Position Objective** Lead and manage the company's human talent, ensuring proper implementation of internal policies, timely performance monitoring across all departments (administrative and operational), and proactive conflict resolution to guarantee achievement of management objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * **Performance Management and Accountability:** Monitor staff performance at branches and operational areas (e.g., warehouse), ensuring compliance with processes and responsible handling of incidents. * **Policy Development and Implementation:** Collaborate in creating, updating, and executing internal regulations and operations manuals for various business units. * **Talent Acquisition and Retention:** Oversee the full recruitment, selection, and hiring process for suitable candidates matching each required profile. * **Work Environment and Conflict Resolution:** Promptly address staff concerns, mediate and resolve internal conflicts to maintain a healthy and productive work environment. * **Personnel Administration:** Supervise attendance records, onboarding, offboarding, attendance controls, commission schemes, and employee files. **Required Profile and Qualifications** * **Academic Background:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 verifiable years in generalist or HR coordination roles, preferably with experience managing both administrative and operational staff (warehouses, distribution, or primary sector). * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in the Federal Labor Law, payroll/incident administration, and internal regulation design. **Key Competencies and Characteristics (Soft Skills)** * **High Level of Follow-through:** Ability to avoid leaving issues unresolved, ensuring decisions, reports, and disciplinary actions reach full conclusion. * **Firm and Objective Character:** Capacity to demand results and accountability while maintaining empathy and assertive communication. * **Proactivity and Initiative:** Avoid waiting for problems to escalate; identify bottlenecks in operations or staff attitudes and propose immediate solutions. * **Organization and Structure:** Ability to bring order to processes and ensure all departments adhere to management-established guidelines. **What We Offer?** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits and enhanced perks. * Opportunities for development and growth within the group.
