Job Summary: We are seeking a Private Security Operations Supervisor with experience managing high-turnover security teams, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to make decisions and manage personnel We are currently looking for an Operations Supervisor in the Private Security area, with experience managing high-turnover teams of over 200 people, relevant industry experience, and accustomed to working under performance-driven and high-pressure conditions. You must possess a positive attitude, be proactive, capable of decision-making and personnel management, skilled in managing and improving workplace climate, receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the security team's daily operations, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively. * Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. * Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, formulating risk reduction strategies. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security violations or incidents. * Serve as liaison with law enforcement, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. * Train and educate security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. * Investigate security incidents, accidents, and violations, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent certification. * Proven experience in a security supervision role, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. * Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security will be highly valued. * Clean criminal record and ability to pass a thorough background check. * Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties such as standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies. * Must reside in one of the following areas: CULIACÁN. * Willingness to travel.
