Join our Customer Service team! **Location:** Konecta México Añil – Añil 611, Granjas México, Iztacalco, CDMX Near GNP Stadium and Iztacalco Metrobús Station **Position: Customer Service Executive** Phone or digital customer support to resolve inquiries, provide information about services, assist with digital processes (such as app usage), handle complaints, and offer timely follow-up. **Available Shifts:** Morning, afternoon, and intermediate shifts **(FULL-TIME SHIFTS)** Schedules from **Monday to Saturday** or from **Monday to Sunday** (midweek day off or Sunday off depending on the area) Specific schedules are assigned according to the available campaign **Fixed Salary: $9,453 \+ BONUSES (based on campaign)** **Requirements:** Minimum 3 months’ experience in **customer service within a call center** (MANDATORY) Strong verbal communication skills and positive attitude Minimum education level: **completed high school** As a socially responsible and inclusive company, we do not discriminate for any reason, cause, or circumstance.
