We offer an attractive value proposition and outstanding projects focused on innovation and development. **Fertilizer specialists!** **We are seeking: Traffic Executive – Culiacán** **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control the operational delivery and application plan for products (ammonia and granular fertilizers), as well as the execution of each service. * Manage last-mile equipment inventory and verify proper dispatch of units. * Analyze and validate the physical and operational status of units, as well as operational and maintenance expenses. * Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective service interventions. * Consolidate operational performance reports, fuel consumption reports, and reports on services performed. * Train delivery personnel on the use of digital platforms. * Maintain service logbooks, recording incidents and response times. * Record and maintain necessary documentary traceability for proper service administration. **We offer:** * Base salary commensurate with experience – paid biweekly * Annual bonus * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays until 2:00 PM * Statutory benefits (social security, INFONAVIT, year-end bonus, vacation) * Enhanced benefits (30-day year-end bonus, 15-day vacation) * Major medical expense insurance * Work tools and uniforms * Opportunities for growth and development **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * SAP knowledge * Flexible availability of working hours * Experience managing operational staff
