* Promote habits, autonomy, and shared responsibility.
* Observe learning processes beyond outcomes.
* Identify emotional, social, and cognitive needs in girls and boys.
* Develop creative and innovative didactic activities.
* Implement research-based project learning.
* Encourage cooperative work and critical thinking.
* Maintain close, respectful communication with families and the educational community.
* Prepare official documentation for the SEP (Secretaría de Educación Pública).
* Knowledge of official curricula and programs.
* Skills in academic writing.

**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education, Educational Sciences, or related fields.
* One year of classroom experience at the preschool level.
* Experience or interest in active methodologies and project-based learning.
* Socioemotional support skills.
* Excellent communication and collaborative work skills.
**Schedule**
Monday to Friday:
07:00 \- 16:00
Salary: $10,500\.00 per month
