We are currently seeking your talent. **MULTICHANNEL COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE** **Job Objective**: Convert prospects sourced from social media, WhatsApp, counter service, and assigned client portfolios into genuine sales opportunities through agile commercial service, consistent follow-up, and effective closing. **Main Responsibilities** * Attend to and follow up with prospects via: WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, and counter service. * Lead management: register all contacts in CRM / database. * Identify customer needs and sales opportunities. * Prepare and follow up on quotations. * Daily follow-up with clients and prospects. * Handle objections and close sales. * Recover and reactivate clients. * Record and track commercial follow-ups. * Coordinate with production and internal departments to monitor orders. **Requirements** * Experience in sales, commercial follow-up, or sales closing. * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Experience using WhatsApp Business and social media as commercial tools. * Ability to consistently follow up with multiple prospects. * Focus on commercial service and achievement of objectives. * Organization, proactivity, and sense of urgency. * Preferred experience in services, advertising, printing, or commercial service sales. **We Offer** * Base monthly salary of $10,200.00 \+ uncapped commissions. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * IMSS * INFONAVIT * Vacation time * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Savings fund (caja de ahorro) * Opportunity for professional growth * Excellent work environment **Location** Aguilar Barraza Street #126, Jorge Almada Neighborhood, Culiacán, Sinaloa.
