A leading tire distributor and automotive service provider is looking for a Retail Manager to lead the operation and growth of its branches across the state of Sinaloa. We seek a candidate with strategic vision, strong leadership, and a results-driven mindset—capable of optimizing operations, increasing profitability, and strengthening brand positioning in the region. Responsibilities: Supervise operations across multiple branches (sales, service, and inventory). Ensure achievement of commercial and profitability targets. Develop and implement sales strategies in the tire and automotive sectors. Lead, train, and monitor the performance of branch managers and teams. Monitor key performance indicators (sales, average transaction value, inventory turnover, customer service). Maintain operational standards, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Control and optimize inventory (tires and services). Identify regional expansion and growth opportunities. Prepare executive reports and analyze performance results. Requirements: Proven experience as Regional Manager, Retail Manager, or similar role. Experience managing multiple business units. Leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills. Results orientation and KPI compliance. Willingness to travel within the state. Valid driver's license.
