Job Summary: Monitors and follows up on alarm and GPS activations, provides telephone-based customer service, and prepares departmental and technical reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Alarm and GPS activation monitoring and follow-up 2. Customer service via telephone 3. Preparation of departmental and Technical Department reports Alarm and GPS activation monitoring and follow-up, Customer service (primarily via telephone) Generation of reports for the Technical Department Preparation of departmental reports Availability for rotating shifts . -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technological High School Diploma Less than 1 year of experience Languages: English Age: between 25 and 35 years old Knowledge: Alarms, report preparation, GPS Keywords: monitoring, monitoring operator
