




**Education:** Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field. **Experience:** 3 years **Additional Knowledge:** Annual Training Program Training Needs Assessment Development of Human Capital Policies and Manuals. Development and implementation of Performance Management Program Succession Plans Interaction with training providers Use of SIRCE platform and Mexican Standards from STPS regarding training. Evaluation, Talent Mapping and Development **Key Responsibilities:** Develop the Annual Training Plan from design, operation, dissemination, and evaluation for approval; based on needs assessment, standardizing training by position, organizational level and allocated budget. Design and develop succession plans for Grupo Alerta personnel using proprietary methodology, creating training plans or development agendas. Annually evaluate key Grupo Alerta personnel in competencies, attitudes, and behaviors using the 360° tool, submitting them to a feedback process. Design and monitor department-specific policies and procedures by organizing and scheduling with the Processes Department to define applicable guidelines. Design and develop content for induction and soft skills courses based on historical, reliable, and up-to-date information.
