We are looking for: **On-site Project Administrator.** **Objective:** This role serves as the administrative assistant to the project leader, carrying out administrative tasks such as material quotations, purchase requisitions, property rentals, inventory control, personnel management as required by the project, and other related activities. **Responsibilities:** * Record productivity, budget, administrative, and quality indicators * Manage and coordinate material logistics * Coordinate personnel transportation logistics * Provide support to project staff * Source, quote, and purchase materials and equipment * Track logistics of purchases * Request resources for consumables * Manage on-site inventory * Vehicle checklist and logbook maintenance * Maintain list of rented equipment and properties * Manage logistics of materials, tools, and equipment upon project completion * Review recorded working hours * Maintain a daily activity log * Control and manage petty cash * Quote and arrange rental of properties at project startup. **Requirements** \- 4 years of experience as a project administrator \- Education: Industrial Engineer. \- Proficient in Office, AutoCAD 3D, and Project **Availability to travel and flexible working hours according to project demands.** Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $15,500.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site position
