General maintenance and welding We seek a General Assistant with maintenance experience and knowledge of welding—responsible, proactive, and willing to collaborate effectively in a team environment. **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Perform general blacksmithing tasks * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities * Apply paint to various surfaces and structures * Assist in the installation and management of structured cabling * Perform electrical conduit work * Work with piping (cutting, fitting, and installation) * Perform welding tasks * Assist in the installation of various equipment * Actively collaborate within the work team **Requirements:** * Basic or intermediate welding knowledge (preferred) * Experience in general maintenance * Proficiency in using hand and power tools * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and punctuality * Willingness to work in a team environment **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunity Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
