We are seeking a Cost Analyst with experience in commercial construction projects, responsible for preparing, analyzing, and controlling budgets to ensure project profitability and feasibility. Responsibilities: * Preparation of construction budgets. * Analysis of unit prices (APU). * Validation and quantification of construction volumes. * Development of item catalogs. * Cost control and monitoring (materials, labor, and machinery). * Support in project budget planning and control. * Coordination with construction, procurement, and project departments. Requirements: * Education: Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost analysis. * Proven experience in commercial construction (shopping centers, retail spaces, warehouses, etc.). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in Neodata (mandatory). * Knowledge of AutoCAD. * Expertise in unit price analysis and budgetary control. * In-depth knowledge of construction materials and processes. * Ability to work effectively in a team.
