Job Summary: Develop and implement commercial strategies for SuKarne Stores, ensuring continuous improvement, increased sales, and profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of sales and customer growth strategies. 2. Ensuring compliance with operational standards and company policies. 3. Coordination with Marketing to boost sales and promotions. OBJECTIVE: Develop, implement, and coordinate commercial strategies for SuKarne Stores that ensure continuous operational improvement and contribute to achieving sales growth objectives and profitability, as well as compliance with the store-channel operational standards defined by the Company. · MAIN ACTIVITIES: Implement volume and customer growth strategies jointly with Commercial Division Managers and Cell Heads to meet the sales budget for strategic product families at TSK. Generate sales-boosting proposals aligned with market trends to achieve effectiveness with current customers, product portfolio, and profitability at each TSK. Ensure adherence to processes, operational standards, and company-defined policies at TSK, taking corrective and preventive actions to guarantee compliance with established procedures.
