We are looking for a **PROJECT MANAGER** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Land research * Manage procedures, licenses, and permits for real estate projects on time * License processing (municipal council, urbanization, construction) * Extraordinary procedures with state entities (PEMEX, SCT, CFE, JAPAC, etc.) * Other duties as assigned **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Minimum age of 30 years * Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of construction regulations and permitting processes * Familiarity with RUV (Registro Único de Vivienda) software * Lean Six Sigma methodology knowledge * Standard transmission vehicle operation **We Offer:** Statutory and additional benefits Uniforms Monthly salary from 16,000 to 18,000, paid biweekly *Work location: Colonia Guadalupe* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Position type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you drive standard transmission vehicles?
