This opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the mechanical workshop. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is performed properly and on time. * Plan and organize the workload of the mechanic team. * Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials to prevent delays. * Ensure compliance with workshop safety and hygiene standards. * Train staff on new techniques, tools, and best practices. * Monitor tool and spare parts inventory. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in automotive or industrial mechanics. * Knowledge of reading blueprints and technical specifications. * Leadership and team management skills. * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks under pressure. * Commitment to quality, safety, and service. **Personal Attributes and Skills:** Service-oriented attitude, Problem-solving, Proactive, Integrity, Teamwork, Working under pressure, Leadership, Teamwork, Decision-making ability.
