Salud Digna is a growing company dedicated to prevention and diagnostic services, currently seeking personnel. · Remote Support Engineer Job Objective: Accelerate response, diagnosis, and resolution times through telephone support and delayed-report alerts to reduce medical equipment repair times. · Responsibilities: 1. Ensure clinic support by capturing medical equipment failure reports to enable proper maintenance management. 2. Maintain effective communication with clinics to monitor in real time the status of reported medical equipment cases, aiming to reduce diagnostic and incident resolution times. 3.
