




Job Summary: Manages vehicle units, coordinates services and repairs, supervises billing and recordkeeping, prepares directories, and supports logistics and supply procurement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of the vehicle fleet and its maintenance. 2. Coordination and tracking of shipments and courier services. 3. Support in purchasing supplies and analyzing shipping costs. Manages vehicle units, including services, repairs, routes, incidents, insurance, fuel consumption monitoring, and fuel refills. Prepares quotations related to vehicles (e.g., spare parts, maintenance, or services) as well as for shipments, freight bills, and materials required for the warehouse. Reviews billing of freight bills to ensure no duplication occurs and maintains proper payment control. Supervises and/or completes recordkeeping and log entries, ensuring accurate information control and tracking. (Reviews updates to the shipping cost table; reviews input of cargo comments into the system; records fuel efficiency data; records transfers; records vehicle maintenance logs.) Prepares and updates the logistics department directory, including workshops, agencies, supply vendors, tire providers, and other related service providers. Schedules and contacts agencies, workshops, and agents to coordinate vehicle services and manage issuance of corresponding invoices. Communicates with the Paquetexpress advisor to track shipments, resolve incidents, and coordinate courier services. Delivers Costco vouchers or cards for fuel refills. Supports contact and follow-up with courier services to report issues that may delay shipments and ensure prompt resolution. Supports procurement of warehouse supplies upon supervisor's authorization. Analyzes and purchases freight bills for branch shipments upon supervisor's authorization, preparing a table with necessary information to ensure efficient control and usage.
