Position Summary: We are seeking a Staff Accountant to manage a client portfolio, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax requirements while delivering personalized service. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in CONTPAQi and Mexican tax regulations Company located in La Primavera is seeking: STAFF ACCOUNTANT Position Objective: To manage a client portfolio across diverse business sectors, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations, as well as delivering personalized, high-level client service. Main Responsibilities: Preparation, review, and monthly closing of accounting records Determination and filing of taxes (Income Tax, VAT, DIOT, electronic accounting) Bank reconciliations and basic financial analysis Payroll, IMSS, and INFONAVIT administration Direct client service and follow-up Delivery of monthly reports and executive summaries Proficiency in CONTPAQi (mandatory) Solid knowledge of Mexican tax regulations Tracking and resolution of pending items We seek an accountant with an operational and analytical mindset, capable of managing multiple clients with organization, discipline, and a service-oriented attitude. Employee transportation is provided from the city center to La Primavera. Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
