We are seeking field or on-site support engineers with telecommunications experience to serve various projects or clients. **Our value proposition** * Access to certifications and training courses from brands such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, etc. * Excellent work environment with real medium- and long-term career development opportunities. * Operational freedom to manage your time and achieve a professional–personal balance. **Our offer** * **Monthly salary**: MXN 20,000 net + MXN 1,500 monthly bonus; direct employment contract; statutory benefits. * **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday half-day when required. * **Work location**: Airports and plazas in Mazatlán. **What we’re looking for** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as: field engineer, on-site support technician, installation engineer, field support technician, antenna installer, cabling technician, telecommunications analyst, or telecom engineer. * Availability to serve clients and handle incidents, with strong service orientation. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in networking: TCP/IP, OSI model, routing, VLANs, high availability, redundancy.
