Job stability **Position: Technical Support** We are looking for a proactive, service-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Support specialist (BMS knowledge required). Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to employees. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. * Assist with installation and configuration of software, printers, and devices. * Monitor the proper operation of servers, internet, and technological equipment. * Conduct basic hardware and software diagnostics and repairs. * Manage user access and permissions in accordance with internal policies. * Assist with system backups and monitoring. Requirements: * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of networks, maintenance, and technical support. * Proficiency with computer equipment and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong problem-solving skills and user-focused attitude. * Availability to support branches when required.
