Collaboration in inventory organization PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare ingredients: wash, peel, cut, and measure food items. Assist in cooking dishes according to the chef's instructions. Perform mise en place (pre-organizing ingredients and utensils). Keep the work area, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. Collaborate in food plating and service (buffet or restaurant). Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
