




Record and control the hotel’s daily accounting operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Review and reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts. Coordinate the billing process, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Supervise and validate payroll in coordination with Human Resources. Prepare and file tax returns and comply with tax obligations. Support the preparation of the annual budget and expense control. Coordinate internal and external audits, providing the necessary information. Verify the correct recording of revenue from rooms, food and beverage, banquets, and other revenue centers. Implement and monitor financial internal control procedures. Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or Finance. Experience: 3 to 5 years in general accounting, preferably in hospitality or tourism; experience handling accounting ERP systems and hotel management systems (Opera, Micros, SAP, or others). Knowledge: Mexican tax and labor legislation, cost and revenue accounting in hospitality, preparation and analysis of financial statements, handling of reconciliations and financial reports.
