Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Visual Merchandiser with expertise in fashion and styling to create and execute impactful visual presentation strategies aligned with the brand. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing in-store visual presentation strategies, ensuring attractive and brand-aligned merchandise displays. You will work with: • Displays and visual presentation • Mannequin setup and outfit creation (men, women, and kids) • Implementation of planograms and product rotation • Supervision of promotional staff • Training, onboarding, and monitoring of guidelines • Preparation of reports (daily and quarterly) Ideal Candidate Profile: • Age: 25 to 45 years old • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles • Completed high school diploma (technical degree in design/fashion preferred) • Knowledge of fashion, trends, styling, and layering • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Willingness to travel between branches and to other states (travel expenses covered) What we offer: • Direct employment contract with the brand • Statutory benefits • Starting salary: $15,000 MXN per month (pre-tax) • Fixed weekly rest day on Sundays + 1 additional day off per month • No work on public holidays • Uniform support provided after the 3rd month Schedule: Monday to Saturday (rotating shifts) • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM • 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (With a 1-hour lunch break) If you seek growth, stability, and a creative environment… this vacancy is for you.-Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Strategy, Fashion knowledge, Styling, Google Display, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Assembly, Brand positioning, Presentation, Point of sale, Product rotation, Visual merchandising, Fashion Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: merchandiser, trader, visual merchandiser, merchant
