Professional growth and strategic visibility Location: Culiacán Centro Work Mode: On-site (100%) Salary: $35,000 to $50,000 gross monthly Benefits: Above statutory requirements Job Description We are seeking a Technology Development Manager with genuine technical leadership capability, able to lead development teams and actively participate in defining, executing, and delivering technology solutions that generate tangible business results. This role is ideal for profiles combining leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on technical experience.
